Anatomy

It is important when we sit down in our Timpani chair, our "Gluteus maximus" is in a position lined up with our "spinal column".


Sometimes we tend to take it back (direction inside) because we want both, the nearest possible contact with the pedals and comfortableness, but this is a mistake, primarily Anatomical for our health; secondly, for our music.


When we take it in the right and healthy position, our control in the Timpani enhance, we have a expanded view of our playing because at making this correction with our "Gluteus maximus", our body goes a pair centimeters higher.
